2010 ColdRush SPRING TRAINING 
Physically and technically challenging skating and skills station training for competitive hockey players.

Skaters are divided into small target level training groups of no more than 6-8 skaters. Each station is designed to target a specific hockey skill, Fast starts, hard shots, quick transitions, and much, much more! The use of high-end training equipment accelerates the learning process.

Program details: 8 weeks / April 14th- June 2nd / Wednesdays 5:00-6:15pm / Ashburn Ice House, Ashburn, VA

2010 ColdRush SUMMER PROGRAM 
Weekly Summer Skating School for Competitive Hockey Players. 

Widely recognized as the most effective, innovative, and challenging summer hockey skating program in North America! Notoriously physically and technically challenging! Skaters are driven in every way to pursue and achieve their individual best. Unique hockey specific training equipment significantly expedites the learning process, and current upbeat music boosts the intensity. Skaters work in level target groups, sharing the agony and the extraordinary rewards!

Program Details: June 21-August 27 /Any 5 or ALL 10 week options /Ashburn Ice House and the Kettler Capitals Iceplex.

2010 ColdRush CUSTOM ELITE CAMP  
A Customizable Hockey Camp for Serious Competitors

Each day offers an intense on and off ice focus on a single skill, "EXPLODE", "ATTACK", "REVERSE", "DEFEND", & "REACT". 

"Custom" because you can sign up for the entire week of intense training, or just pick and choose the day or days that focus on the skills you need the most! 

"Elite" because this camp is open to travel players only (no exceptions).

An EXTREMELY DEMANDING camp focused on a single vital skill, explosive forward speed.

This infamous ColdRush camp is enormously demanding but the effectiveness is unparalleled. With a hyper focus on just one single skating aspect for an entire week, skaters create a lasting increase in their short burst speed. The two comments we consistently hear from participants are, “I never knew I could skate this fast!” and "This is the hardest camp I've ever taken in my life!"

Due to the extraordinary physical and mental effort required by participants, this camp is exclusively available to these levels: Juniors, AA/AAA Midgets, AA/AAA Bantams, and AA/AAA Peewees
