Once you
become a student you will be contacted by the COLDRUSH Billing
Administrator who will ask you for your mailing address, phone
number, and home business email address. When you provide
this information, please let us know if the family situation
is such that the student lives at more than one address. Even
if only one parent is responsible for the payments we will
need both phone numbers and email addresses in the event of
a last minute cancellation.

Invoices
are e-mailed to the address you designate as your home business
email address on the 5th of each month for lessons received
during the previous month.

Payment
is due by the 30th of the month.

to PO Box 650896 Potomac Falls, VA 20165.

If
payment is not received by the 30th, a $10 late charge will
be applied to the account. If payment exceeds 60 days classes
will be suspended until the account is reconciled. If the
account is delinquent for more than 90 days legal action may
be taken.
