Students
are excused from payment for missed lessons as long as reasonable
notice of the absence is given.
Students
will be charged full price for lessons that are not cancelled
with reasonable notice.
Reasonable
notice means at least 24 hours if possible, as soon as possible
if not.
Email
is the preferred method of communication.
For Example: If
you are going out of town and know a week before your lesson that
you won't be there, please give us the time and opportunity to fill
your lesson spot with another skater from the waiting list.
If you wake up sick and have an early morning lesson obviously 24-hour
notice isn't possible but a phone call or e-mail early that day
is appreciated and payment will be excused.
If you come home from school sick and have an afternoon lesson scheduled,
an email or phone call prior to the lesson is reasonable notice
and you will not be charged.
In the rare event that Wendy misses a lesson without reasonable
notice, she follows her own policy. Free lessons will be offered
the following week to make up for your inconvenience!
